Inspect Before You Pay
You can inspect your order at the time of delivery. Check the size, color and condition before receiving it. If anything isn't right, you can refuse the order at the door.
Returns & Exchanges within 3 Days
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Conditions
- The item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original box with all tags and accessories.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage or missing packaging cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram (@emaonlinestoore) with your order number within 3 days of delivery, and our team will arrange the pickup.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we cover the full cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash, or as store credit.
